Using an ancient art form in a contemporary style, Steve Holland photographs natural objects, looking for patterns and different colour combinations. Each mandala is created from a single photograph of a natural object while the geometric design is obtained through circular division. Steve believes the pictures create a sense of balance and calm. By relaxing the eyes and staring at the centre of the picture, a three- dimensional effect is possible. The canvas prints are made using Giclee Fine Art archival technology, which is widely accepted in the world’s finest museums and galleries as a true fine art medium. Steve is a Gold Coast photographer with 23 years experience.
